Lorena Livadaru

Digital Designer, UX-UI

Hej! I’m Lorena Livadaru—a UX/UI Designer who believes bad design is expensive—not just in money, but in wasted attention, frustration, and lost trust. My work is about cutting through the noise, creating clarity, and making digital experiences that actually make sense for real people.

I don’t chase trends. I chase better decisions. My background spans UX, branding, and interactive design, with experience in blockchain, gaming, e-commerce, and AI-driven platforms. I’ve worked on VR applications, immersive storytelling, and sustainability-focused UX, always with the goal of designing products that are not just usable, but inevitable—so intuitive that they feel like they’ve always existed.

I don’t believe in hyper-specialization—not in an industry that shifts daily. Instead, I believe in designers who think beyond job titles, who question everything, and who see technology as a tool, not a crutch. Design is a system, not a screen, and I thrive in spaces where big-picture strategy meets pixel-perfect execution.

Now that I’m in Sweden, I’m looking for teams that value real impact over aesthetic theater, strategy over ego, and building something that lasts. If you’re doing work that actually matters, let’s talk.

Turning Ideas into Intuitive Experiences

Turning Ideas into Intuitive Experiences

I design seamless, high-performing experiences by combining strategy, design, and front-end execution. I answer key questions about my process, tools, and approach.

How do you collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver UX solutions?

I work best in fast-paced, collaborative environments where UX aligns with business goals, technical constraints, and user needs. My process ensures seamless communication between product managers, engineers, marketers, and stakeholders: Understanding the Project Scope – I kick off projects by aligning with PMs and stakeholders to define key objectives, success metrics, and user pain points. Managing Work in Agile Sprints – I break down UX tasks into Jira/Asana tickets, prioritizing based on business impact and technical feasibility. Regular Stand-Ups & Design Reviews – I sync with engineering and marketing in weekly stand-ups, ensuring my designs are technically feasible and on-brand. Iterating Based on Feedback – I incorporate data from user testing, stakeholder reviews, and dev feedback, making design improvements quickly and efficiently.
